Background
This project is to build a design of warehouse management systems for a company engaged in the Logistics & Hinterland Development business cluster. The software will be used to control and manage their asset and other equipment in the warehouse.
Midsuit is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) product of Andromedia Group, handled by PT Avolut, and can be customized if there are clients needing Midsuit services.

Objective
Build a warehouse management system software, Stakeholders in this company can collaborate and real-time managing their assets and warehouse activity processing. Customize the design of Midsuit to integrate with client business processes and company identity.
Scope
Contribute to developing a user interface design for the dashboard page and stock page.
Challenge
There has been a change in the project plan midway through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. The client has requested to redirect the system requirements to the Midsuit product, which is a product from Avolut - Andromedia Group. The Midsuit product requires customization of its user interface, necessitating a redesign that adapts the functions in the Midsuit system.

Software Features (Dashboard Page) : There are 3 features inside the dashboard page for managing the main activity in the warehouse area. To build easier control and management at the warehouse, a kanban feature is provided to provide easy control and status visibility.
Software Features (Stock Page) : Stock Opname use to manage and calculate the inventory of goods in the warehouse. Using table view to make easier sorting and filtering of data.

The visualization step involves mapping out the pages and features present on the Dashboard and Stock pages. This is done to expedite the design process and understand the interconnections of each page within the Midsuit system.
Hi-fi Design and Prototype
The high-fidelity design phase involves creating a design for the Midsuit system, including a prototype. In this stage, the goal is to produce outcomes from the design process and provide information on the flow within the Midsuit system design. [Prototype]
Iteration
There have been several changes in the prototype process, requiring the addition of some features to be incorporated into the system. This is done in the second iteration to obtain a clearer picture in the Midsuit system prototype.
Result
The completed design process is then progressed to the development stage by the Software Engineer team. This is aimed at providing and implementing the design outcomes so that users can see the real features. The prototype is also submitted to the client company to present the visualization of the design for the system that is being developed.
